Welcome to the official website of the Washington, D.C. Spiritual Development Center of Sukyo Mahikari. We hope you will find this site informative. The site aims to serve primarily our members, the Light Practitioners but we hope it will also provide information to those interested in our practice, Teachings and organization.
A Spiritual Development Center is a place where all are welcome to receive light energy, a positive, spiritual energy that purifies and revitalizes the spirit, mind and body. Additionally, one can learn more about the universal principles in order to grow personally and spiritually.

Throughout the year, the Washington, D.C. Center hosts a wide variety of activities, including Spiritual Development Courses, spiritual classes for members and non-members, parents and youth, educators, and medical practitioners, as well as seasonal sustainable agriculture seminars. To find out about upcoming activities, please visit our current calendar or announcements
